Mentorship
Athletes will have their own designated advisor that they will meet with via zoom. During these reoccurring meeting athletes will work closely with advisors that will guide them in setting their S.M.A.R.T. goals, strategically plan, and effectively execute their goals.
This is the opportunity for student athletes to pursue their next career move (higher education and work force).

Professional Development

Athletes will meet with their designated advisor via zoom to discuss various topics focused on professional development. They will engage in thought provoking discussion, practice exercises, and be challenged to think beyond their sport and how they see themselves in the work force.
Life Skills Development
Athletes will participate in hour long workshops to help transfer all of the things they have learned “on the field” to “off the field.”

Motivational Speaking
The purpose is to speak to the masses since it all starts with self- motivation! Our mission to plant the seed in every student athlete to realize that they are multidimensional human beings with dreams and other aspirations with or without athletics.
A representative will coordinate with your organization on date, time, location, and other details.
